The confirmation or sign-in email didn’t arrive

Confirmation, sign-in and password emails come from VowBirds <hello@vowbirds.com> and usually arrive within a minute.

• Check your spam, junk and Promotions folders, and search for “VowBirds”.
• Make sure the email address is spelled right. For your privacy, we show the same message whether or not an address has an account.
• Wait a minute before asking again. Asking many times in a row can briefly pause emails to your address.
• Add hello@vowbirds.com to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox.

Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email support@vowbirds.com from the address you’re trying to use.
