These terms cover your use of VowBirds. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google, with your email and a password, or with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your password and your inbox safe; anyone who can use them can sign in as you. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

You own what you add: text, photos, designs and lists. You give VowBirds permission to store, display and send it only as needed to run the service for you (for example, showing your website to guests or printing a design you ordered). You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including photos and artwork.

Your guests

When you add guests’ names, email addresses or mailing addresses, you confirm you have their permission to use them for your wedding. Invitation and reminder emails are sent on your behalf only when you choose to send them. Don’t use VowBirds to send anything unrelated to your wedding.

Plans

The wedding website and Invite Studio are free. Designs on the free plan carry a small “Made with vowbirds” mark. We’ll tell you about any paid plan and its price before you’re charged anything.

Registry and payments

VowBirds doesn’t process payments. Gifts are bought from the shops you link to, and cash gifts go through the payment link you provide. We aren’t responsible for those purchases or transfers.

Print orders

A print request isn’t an order until you accept our quote. We print the designs exactly as you sent them, so please check spelling, dates and times on your proof first.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful or harassing content.
• No spam, and no attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• No content that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work hard to keep VowBirds available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t lose, and download your guest list and designs before important dates. To the extent the law allows, VowBirds isn’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
