About VowBirds

What VowBirds does

• Wedding website with your schedule, travel, FAQ and registry, plus online RSVPs with meal choices. Private by default, with an optional password.
• Guest list by household, with plus-ones and meal choices. Send email invitations with a personal RSVP link for each household, and remind only the households that haven’t replied.
• Invite Studio, a designer for invitations, save the dates, details cards, menus and place cards, with proofs your family can approve. Send digitally or order printed cards.
• Budget that tracks what’s committed, paid and still owed, with payment due dates, and imports from a spreadsheet.
• To-dos and timeline, and a registry with gifts and a cash or honeymoon fund side by side.
• VowBirds AI, a planning assistant that can set up your budget and suggest edits to your cards. You approve every change.
• For wedding planners: a planner workspace for managing client weddings, currently in invite-only beta.

What it costs

• Free: the wedding website, RSVPs, guest list, budget, registry, Invite Studio and digital invitations.
• VowBirds Plus, $49 once per wedding (not a subscription): removes the “Made with vowbirds” mark, includes your own web address free for the first year, and print-ready files.
• Printing is priced per card: invitations from $1.95 with an envelope, minimum 25 per design.
• Planners: $29 per planner per month.

Our story

VowBirds began as an idea in June 2026: a planner two people could actually use together, instead of one person holding every spreadsheet. It launched at vowbirds.com in October 2026.
